Data Hygiene
(standardization, reformatting, move updating, postal deliverability scoring, or
element correction)
Providing services using industry standard tools and USPS licensed services for NCOA,
DSF, and LACS processing. These services would also include proprietary element
correction services provided by many of the industry content providers we have
partnered with.
NCOALink™ Processing: Over 44 million Americans move every year. How many
took the time to let you know? Probably few, if any. What happens to the accuracy
of your database? NCOALink can keep your database up-to-date by not only identifying
who has moved, but providing the new address. Createch Marketing accesses the largest
NCOALink database available, with data going back 4 years and containing over 160
million records that change daily!
DSF2 (Identifies Deliverable Addresses and Specific Addresses) is a data file
that contains all domestic addresses serviced by the U.S. Postal Service®. Each
address is a separate record on the file that conforms to all USPS® addressing
standards. DSF2 provides you with information specific to the deliverability of
your address information.
LACSLink™ Since the mid 1980s, the 911 emergency response system has meant
the conversion of rural route-style addresses to city-style street names across
America. 911 automatically associates a physical address with the telephone number
from which an emergency call is made to police, fire or ambulance so authorities
can respond faster. The USPS® originally developed the Locatable Address Conversion
System (LACS) to provided mailers with an automated method of obtaining new address
information when a 911 conversion occurred. LACSLink provides mailers with clean
updates when they have an outdated address that needs to be converted. Mailers can
only obtain the new address if they already possess the old address.
