Fred Palmieri Founder, CTO Fred Palmieri has 27 years experience in IT and Direct Marketing. His expertise spans many IT roles from programming through management including CTO positions for various companies as well as providing strong vision, conceptual and product design. He spent over 23 years with Donnelley Marketing in Executive roles such as CTO and SVP of Database Marketing Services, often referred to as 'visionary'. Through his career Fred has overseen as well as designed many of the tools in the marketplace and behind the scenes at service companies in the direct marketing area. Fred is a founder of Createch Marketing and oversees all things technical as well as being the chief architect of the Surround system.
